Course Description

This Acupuncture course will help learners to develop their skills in the best practices to use when needling each acu-point accurately. The course is held over 2 days. So, if you are interested in developing your practice in acupuncture and want to know where to locate over 100 acupuncture points. Then this course will teach you how to safely use these points and fully understand what common conditions they are used for.

The course is split into the following:

  • Ashi Points

  • The Meridians and Channels

  • The Upper/Lower limb Meridians

  • The Exterior causes of diseases

  • Moxibustion to clinical practice

  • Common MSK conditions and their treatments

  • Red Flags

  • The points:  Distal and Local

  • Acupressure - the non-specialist's alternative to acupuncture

  • During the practical class, participants are expected to administer and receive needling.
