Course Overview: This advanced manual therapy course is designed to equip participants with specialised techniques for assessing and treating headaches and migraines. It integrates manual therapy, dry needling, and functional fitness strategies, with a focus on hands-on application and evidence-based approaches. Course Structure 📌 Pre-course online theory – Must be completed before practical sessions. Day 1: Advanced Assessment & Manual Techniques • Morning: Introduction, case-based clinical assessments, red flags and differential diagnosis, cranial techniques & palpation. Hands-on practice in pairs. • Afternoon: MET, Myofascial Positional Release for headache management & HVLA techniques emphasis on contraindications, safety protocols and patient comfort. Day 2: Integration & The Headstrong Program • Morning: Advanced Dry needling techniques, hands-on practice, troubleshooting. • Afternoon: Headstrong exercises, case studies, and treatment integration.
